To get started with the MetaMask extension, follow these detailed steps for installation, setup, and usage:

Installing the MetaMask Extension

  1. Visit the Official MetaMask Website:

  2. Download the Extension:

    • Click on the "Download" button.

    • Choose your preferred browser (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, or Edge).

    • Follow the link to the browser’s extension store (e.g., Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons).

    • Click "Add to [Browser]" and then confirm by clicking "Add Extension" in the pop-up window.

  3. Open the Extension:

    • Once the extension is installed, click on the MetaMask icon in your browser toolbar to open it.

Setting Up MetaMask

  1. Get Started:

    • Click "Get Started" on the MetaMask welcome screen.

  2. Create a Wallet:

    • Click "Create a Wallet".

    • You may be asked to agree or disagree to anonymous data collection. Choose according to your preference.

  3. Create a Password:
